This Privacy Policy explains how NeoPages Tech LLC ("LovePage", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use LovePage.io (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: your email address, name (if provided), country, language preference and a device identifier we generate to keep you signed in.
  • Content you upload:photos, text and page settings you add to your Pages. Pages are designed to be shared — anyone with a published Page's link can view its content, so do not upload anything you would not want its recipients to see.
  • Payment data: purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. We receive order metadata (plan, amount, status) but never your card number.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, approximate location (country), device/browser information, collected through cookies, local storage and the analytics tools below.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service (hosting and displaying your Pages, sign-in, payments), to send transactional email (sign-in links, purchase confirmations, reminders about pages you created), to understand and improve the product, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. If you no longer wish to receive reminder emails, use the unsubscribe link in the email.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and local storage for authentication and preferences, Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) for traffic measurement, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymized session replay that helps us fix product issues. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Service may not function fully without essential cookies. We do not show advertising on the Service.

4. Service Providers

We share data only as needed to run the Service, with providers acting on our behalf: cloud hosting and networking (Cloudflare, Vercel), database hosting (MongoDB Atlas), image storage and delivery (ImageKit), payments (Polar, as merchant of record), email delivery, analytics (Google, Microsoft Clarity) and AI text suggestions (Google Gemini — only the occasion details you enter during page creation are sent to generate suggestions). Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; we rely on our providers' standard safeguards for such transfers. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep account data while your account exists, and Page content while the Page exists. Free preview Pages expire and may be deleted automatically. You can request deletion of your account, Pages or photos at any time by contacting us; we will delete them within a reasonable period, except data we must keep for legal, billing or security reasons.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email us — we will respond within the legally required time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, reputable infrastructure providers) to protect your data. No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk and should keep sign-in links private.
